Agent Listing My (Rented) Unit Unauthorized

Joan L.

Posted

An agent I specifically told 3.5 months ago that I did not want to work with them has taken my pictures from my old Craigslist post, put their company watermark on them, and listed it for rent at a slightly different address (Advertising 284 instead of 284-3), with their phone number as the landlord. The apartment is not vacant. I called them yesterday to tell them to take it down, but it's still up on all the sites.

What should I do?

Call 1) their broker 2) the real estate commission
