Rental Home in Apopka , FL

I own a house in a subdivision in Apopka, FL
I bought it to move there in 2003 for $128,000. I didn't.
In three years the house was worth $230,000.
I didn't sell, nor did I forsee the bubble burst. It now is worth about
$139,000. I have rented it for three years(as a long distance L/L).
My question is: Should I continue renting? Or should I get out
now? Is there any hope for real estate in the Orlando Area?
