Help!!!

I'm 22 and I'm looking to get into real estate investing. Starting off with multi family homes, rehab and rent. I had a silly general question. I notice people always talk about how much money was put into a rehab. Do people pay cash for these rehabs? Honestly, I do not have the funds to put 15k-45k into a home. What are the options for someone who doesn't have a large amount of cash but is interested in buying and fixing up homes?

Hello Jazmine the great equalizer for the lack of funds would be knowledge or a great deal. If you have one or both you can get the funds based on the expected profit of the proposed deal. BTW the only silly question is the one that is not asked.  Seek and you shall find.
