How's my property manager doing?

I own a handful of rental properties and I have two property management companies watching over them.  How do I know if my tenants love or hate my property managers?  I don't want to go knocking on every door, I don't want them to know who I am and I don't want them to have my home address.  Do I reward them for completing a survey?  Any sample surveys would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you and Happy Investing!

@Jason E. Smith I don't think "love" for the property managers is a good metric to judge the companies by. Are your rent checks on time every month? Have there been very few evictions? When you drive by the property does it look well maintained? Are they responsive to your needs? These are the questions I have asked myself in the past. A good property manager makes me forget I own properties until the checks come in every month :)

Also, I don't want the tenants to know I exist. I usually stay away from them. It's why I hire the property manager.
