Central Maine Property Management

I have a crazy travel schedule making my availability difficult and perhaps that combined with the time of year (low interest) I've decided to look for a property management company in Central Maine (property in Gardiner Area).  Any suggestions on whom to speak with?  At his point it is just 1 duplex I'd be looking to discuss property management for.
