Springfield, OH rental market
Does anyone in the forum have any experience or own property in the Springfield, OH area? Specifically looking to see if anyone has any recommendations for property management and/or vacancy expectations. Most realtors I speak with say it's a good rental market but the skeptic in me feels that is what they should say. I'd appreciate any insight anyone has.
