Application Fee and Sites

Hello BP,

I'm working on providing a background check and credit check for a landlord I am representing. Would anyone be able to point me in the right directions as to which sites to use, and how much to charge as a fee?

My husband and I went through Cozy.co. I believe the site charged 39.99 for a credit and background check. We didn't charge anything additional because our HOA charged $150.00 as well. We also offered a rebate if you were approved with both our company and the HOA.
