Privacy Policy Template for Obtaining SSN
Can anyone please share their Privacy Policy statement that Landlord's are to provide to prospective Lease applicants, when they are requested to provide their Social Security Number? I believe it is legally required to indicate how the SSN will be used, protected, destroyed when not required, who has access to it, etc.
