Renting after 1 year in FHA

Do anybody know after the 1 year of being owner occupant in your home on an FHA loan can you rent it out after that one year? If so what are the steps you have to take?

Delmas Edwards you can only have one FHA loan at a time. So you could refinance your first property to get another FHA loan.
