Lawn Maintenance on SFR....who does it?
Is it common practice to require the tenant to maintain the yard work on a SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL rental house, i.e, cut grass, trim hedges, leaf maint.?? I realize this could go either way and discussed /negotiated during the interview stage, but was just curious if there was a standard practice either way when it comes to this. Thanks!
