How do you get help if you've never done this??

I apparently don't understand, despite being educated at the post-graduate degree level,  how to ask a question via post and get a supportive, helpful answer to a landlord problem. Where do I ask

Most interweb experience I have indicates it is a world where people often post what they think with little to no regard for others. Not saying they are intentionally rude or ignorant it is simply that facts and opinions trump feelings. That is the anonymity of the interweb.

Additionally on this forum you are dealing with a lot of people that have developed leather tough skin from repeatedly having to deal with a hole tenants.

It's a get tough business if you want to survive, nice guys finish last mentality, so take the info of value and ignore everything else.

As with all online communities, there are going to be 11 opinions for every 10 people. Some of them you have to take with a grain of salt.

Is your question posted somewhere?

Follow up: I believe I just read the thread in question. I think @Jerry W. was trying to be helpful. I actually didn't see any negativity in his post. So if you're not looking for any advice other than a name of an attorney, possibly leave off all the backstory, post your request for a real estate attorney in the professional section or Atlanta and make it simple for everyone. You're in a pretty active investor area so you shouldn't have trouble getting a name.
