Rental investment in Washington state
Im looking to purchase a rental property. I'm wondering if anyone has any resources regarding to rental laws and how it is different in each city. I.e. lynnwood, Seattle, maple valley. I heard that Seattle has a law where landlords must rent to the first eligible renter and they do not get to choose. Is there somewhere that I can learn more about the different rental laws within each city?
