Eviction for Personal Use

I am a landlord in Maine and for some reason cannot find a clear answer to this question. I am wondering if I am able to evict my tenants, with proper notice, to move in to my own property. I am leaving the situation I am in currently and instead of renting or buying another property, I would like to move in to my own property. Is this proper reason to evict someone?

Always refer to your lease, our lease always have termination clause by landlord (no reason needed) just give notice (usually 60 days) just in case we have a difficult tenant.

Just because the section 8 office wasn't aware of the lease it doesn't make it NOT valid. I am guessing they meant it's not qualified for their program? This could mean they will stop paying until you fix the paperwork issue.
