Property Management in Round Rock Texas

Hi BP,

This is the first time asking for vendor/contractor advice so forgive me if this might be a better fit in the marketplace forums.

But anyhow... I have a friend who is not happy with their current property managers.  rehab estimates have gone way over budget in the past... vacancies are taking 4-5 months to fill etc...

I am coming to the BP community to see if there are any "good" property managers that any of you have used in the area.

@Matt Inouye, I like Round Rock myself. Of the Austin Metro area I think it has the most upside and  you can still find rentals if you look hard enough. I have been looking for 4 months all over Austin and it's hard to find a rental that meets the 1% rule or cashflows at all. I think alot of the investors in the Austin area are buying in hopes of appreciation not really worrying about cashflow.

For me I want cashflow and I am very conservative so I have not bought a rental yet in this market. I have looked at over 400 houses and walked 10 - 20 but nothing that fits my number and feels right to me yet.
