First rental property- insurance recommendations

Hello, everyone. I am a first time investor who is closing on my first rental property this week. It is a duplex located in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, I will be inheriting tenants who do not seem like they are ideal candidates for the property. I'm looking for recommendations on the best insurance companies, and policies, that will cover incidents such as property destruction in the event of an eviction. I obviously want a reasonably priced policy, but I do not want to end up paying more in the long run if things end badly and they destroy the property. Any recommendations based on experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have had great luck with REI Guard. They seem to be advertising on the forums, or at lease their re targeting is getting to me, since I have been on their site. Make sure you get a renters policy, will be cheap and you can pass the cost on to your tenant if they don't already have renters.
