house smells after move out
Tenant vacated, house has laminate, tenant did a good job cleaning- except... The main living areas smell like dog. Not pee. Just like wet dog. Tenant mopped.
My only guess on what to try is to repaint- but I would hate to charge them for repainting when it doesn't need it.
Any suggestions?

I was going to suggest Ozone generator. This was one of the best things I've ever purchased. You can't be in the house while it's running or....you explode? Implode? I dunno I'm not a scientist.
But set up the little box, let it work its magic and BOOM.
I have worked on 3 mobile home filps- I got 20 years of smoker smell out of a house that had walls essentially made of cardboard. 10/10. Do recommend.
