Philadelphia Water Meter Bill (Repair Charge)
This is a question to all my Philly people investing in Philadelphia. I have been getting 2 bills for water meters. One is for the water meter itself and the other is showing in the monthly water bills. I currently have my admin writing checks for these bills as they are not being paid through zipcheck. The checks are not clearing. The due amounts do not seem to be payable online. Anyone else experiencing trouble? Anyone have a resolution?
