List of steps before renting out property
Hello all,
I am looking to rent out a property. What steps should I take from this point? I know I will need some sort of lease agreement and some sort of background check to screen possible tenants, but what other important steps are part of the process?

No offense, but you couldn't simply google this and research yourself before you made this thread?
