Monthly reminders for rent payment

I have ten rental units with a combination of SFH and duplexes. I do not send out monthly reminders that rent is due. I have not had problems with rent being on time. Just curious if most people send out statements, reminders, invoice, etc? Seems to me we shouldn't need to send out a reminder since there is no secret as to when rent is due.

Agreed.  Don't baby sit and set the bar where you EXPECT the tenants to perform.  DO send out late notices however.
