Trulia Contacts Never Reply

I have noticed that, when trying to lease a property, I often get messages from Trulia stating that someone is interested in setting up a time to view the property.

I reply to the email and note that it is sent to a private email address (e.g., gmail, yahoo, Hotmail, etc.)  But, regardless of what I say in my response, I almost never get message back from the interested tenant.  Maybe once in the last month.  Maybe.

Has anyone else had that experience?
