FL Treasure Coast PM recommendations please

Help! We recently purchased a single family rental on Floridas Treasure Coast. Purchased with tenants in place, 10 months remaining on a 1 year lease.

There is currently no PM in place, and we need to start collecting asap on this out of town investment. Presently tenants are two weeks past due, to no fault of theirs. We will be waiving the late fee for the first month of collecting, due to untimely purchase closing.

Who can you recommend as a PM?
