Property Manager suggestions in MD

Hi, we're considering investing in MFU's in possibly Hagerstown, Westminster, or Elkton, MD.  Would like to know if anyone has recommendations for PM's that cover one of these towns?  I checked the NARPM.org website and found Jenny Utz as a PM for Westminster and Norman Wehner for the Elkton area.  Does anyone have experience with these PM's?  Also, does anyone have experience with Marketplace Homes?
