Ready to Advertise Duplex for Rent

Hello BP,

Last week I closed on my first investment property. It is a duplex near my home, it has an existing tenant one side and the other side is vacant. I am ready to start the process of advertising. I'll be asking about tenant screening later, but for now any tips for attracting quality applicants?
