Finding A Maintenance Person
I'm taking over for my brother-in-law managing his triplex in Chicago. He was paying a guy across the street $75/month to shovel snow, mow the lawn, and pick up trash around the building. The guy was just stabbed to death, so I need to find a maintenance person. How does one go about doing this? Craigslist? It's in the Humboldt Park / West Town area.Thank you
