Interaction of property price and security measures.
Please share your mind on this statement. How you protect your property? Alarms, cameras? Tell about your experience. Maybe some of you had your property burglarized. I know that some tenants don't accept cameras installation but after unpleasant consequences try to blame the landlord. How your security measures affect the property price?
