Commercial office warehouse

I am trying to find out the Nevada law on painting and repairs of an office/warehouse unit once it is vacated.

What is the NV rental law about reasonable wear and tear, and how many years of rental is considered sufficient for the landlord to cover full repainting costs, vs the tenant having some financial responsibility for undo wear and tear that necessitates repainting. Some states it's 3 years, others it's 5 years, some states pro-rate it each year, and the tenant responsibility decreases as the years of rental goes up.

Thanks
