Seriously Gross,,,,have you ever??

Question

On recent inspection of a unit which was proper notice, I found a open container of urine,,, upon asking tenant what is THAT ?? he said, my personal property... then disclosed it was what it was...

He was given Written Notice for non-compliance of lease for unsanitary conditions, with weekly inspections to follow. I also gave written non-renewal notice...tenant is month to month,,but this was so gross I was rather speechless..

Have you ever,,, ran across similar situation...

Without stepping into the sticky territory of profiling, is there any reason this person would be a concern for bomb-making?

Urea (yes, even concentrated from human urine) is an ammonia compound which can used in bomb-making.

Just saying....local authorities might be curious.....

I served in the military for 21 years. Bottles of urine were not uncommon, unfortunately.

I made tenant dispose of the problem and the container right away....   Dirty laundry is gross and I've cleaned a few apts with dirty toilets, and garbage, and diapers , but this was ODD and way from ordinary..

Several years ago (like 35 years ago...) when my dad was prepping a house where the tenants left in the middle of the night, I found some underwear that were soilded with blood and stool.  My dad used to involve the entire family in clean up, painting and make ready...but that was the last time my mom let him take me and my sister to clean up.
