Corporate Residential Leases
I just started advertising my Condo to rent and have been receiving lots of interest from people who want a corporate lease. Their company will be on the lease and responsible for paying rent. Is this the same type of lease as regular lease? I would have the renters co-sign so they are also named on the lease and have some skin in the game. Any info or advice on corporate leases is greatly appreciated.
