Software for Managing Rentals

We currently own 6 SFH rentals and are looking to get to 10 this year. We manage the Rentals ourselves and I'm trying to figure out the best software to use to track expenses, rent payments, etc. I just bought Quickbooks but I'm wondering if I made a mistake. Seems so general and not tailored specifically to Rentals. Thoughts? I heard someone mention Renticity on here I think. Any experience? Thanks!

Here's a list I've been making. I was using Cozi.co because it was free online payments, but now I use Tenantcloud.com because it looks better and is more organized with more options. Tenantcloud costs $9 for online payments, the management side of it is free though.
