Tampa house lease contract.
Where do we get the lease contract and how much to cost if we order one from a lawyer? Anyone can give a help for a good source to get a contract?
Where is the best to have tenant background check except Cozy?
One company told me today that per adult (>18) will be charge $60 for background check. After tenant moved in, the landlord should collect a check of $75 as tenant process fee. I think this will scare tenants away but the cost of landlord.Thanks for sharing and help.
