website for current & compliant forms for Texas

TREC does not have a lease agreement.  They only provide purchase and sale agreements

The most prevalent rent agreements in Texas are Texas Association of Realtors(Form is only supposed to be used by Realtors) and Texas Apartment Association(Must become a member).  My suggestion is to do a Google search or obtain one from your Realtor
