Monthly Cleaning in your Rentals?
Has anyone ever used monthly cleaning companies that come clean your rent homes and include it in the rental contract? Im thinking of advertising that a cleaning crew will come clean the home monthly and included in rent. I figure it will make sure the house stays pretty clean and I would think most people would find that as a perk.
