Hello,

Need to notify tenants that they must remove all inside and outside pets from rental property.

Does anyone have a Pet Removal Notice letter I can have a look at?  I've created one already, but want to see if there are any pointers I can add.

Thanks!

@Luke H. , I think you made an important distinction - all inside and outside pets.

I hate to throw a monkey wrench into things, but make sure they do not have Emotional Support Animals. They are not considered pets, you can't charge extra for them, and you have to accept them. An ESA is prescribed by a physician. While you cannot ask WHY they need the animal, you can request proof of prescription.
