Hello everyone,

Quick question, in California can you evict a tenant who is on a month to month lease in order to remodel the unit without any legal problems?

@Angel Negrete , the word Evict is the wrong word. Eviction is a legal method of removing the tenant for lease violations. You just want them to be out of the property. If they have not done anything wrong, you can't evict them.
