New tenant would like early access, how to proceed?

I have a new tenant that will be moving into a now vacant unit on July 1. She asked if she could have access to the unit during the week prior to the 1st to move large furniture and other items. While I will not give her a key, would it be wrong of me to meet her at the apartment and open it for her, then lock up when she's finished? Has anyone been asked to do the same thing, and if so, how do you proceed?

Why not just do an adjusted move in date and give her concession of 3 days free for ease of entry if it's vacant.. Start electric the day she gets keys and let her know you expect the same cooperation if she ever moves out.   A week Free is overboard.. she should pay for that..
