How much should be deduct form security deposit?

I live in oversea and I have a rental property in L.A.  The tenant moved few days ago and PM asking me how much I should deduct from the security deposit for the following:

I have no experience on repair cost, that's why seeking for advise here.

1.Tenant left trash/items at curb side, if still there please remove.

2.Remove the potted plant stain on the concrete porch.

3.Remove/repaint railing of the front of the house, there is red paint.

4.Replace 12 missing slats on the sliding door in kitchen.

5.Crack sink in downs bathroom.

6.Stopper in downstairs bathroom sink in missing.

7.Repair poor patch job in downstairs laundry door frame

How much should be deduct for each and Anything that I shouldn't deduct?

Is the trash set out  before trash pickup?  If so, can you not call the garbage place yourself for a special trash pickup. At least the tenant put their trash out on the curb, that's more than most tenants do.

You could get the cost to replace 12 missing slats on the sliding door to kitchen, but you should have before and after pictures in order to prove that they weren't missing when they moved in.

Same with the Crack sink in downstairs bathroom (before and after pictures)

Make sure you have receipts to prove your repairs as well as the before pictures.

The charges are so small that the court most likely will toss your case out.

Thank you all for the answers.

Just called PM and they will send me a list of what the costs are. For the photos, I need to check on that. I think they should taken some picture before and after in order to prove everything.

@Peter Sik why would the PM ask you what to charge? As PM we know what our vendors charge or we send them out to give a quote

Do you also have a move in inspection or photos to compare before and after?
