I have a few questions... The wooden inserts between the brick and window, what would that be called? The wood is rotted and is not very attractive. What would you reccomend I install in it's place? Some home owners in the neighborhood have done vinyl, hardie board and stone. What color would you reccomend as well? I am looking to paint the soffits, gutters, downspouts, side of the house (above brick), etc. This would be a primary residence and eventually either a higher end rental or flip. Thank you!
