Need help with my new tenant
I rented a single home as of June 1st a one year lease.
Today June 8th, she sent me two pages of things that needs to be fixed.
Some things I can fix, but some things are unbelievable. I thing she is preparing her self not to pay the rent.
- Can I break the lease give her 1 60 days, and ask her to move out
She is asking me to sign the list. should I ?.
Please help.
