How to find moved out tenant current address

Question

Tenant left the house without paying, last month rent,  early termination fee, water,repair cost. I filed the lawsuit but can't find tenant current address.  Where should I try to find her current address?

You can try mailing something to the rental address and put "Address Correction Requested" on the envelope. This instructs the post office to return undeliverable mail to the sender with the forwarding address (if they have one--they may not).

Is the mail coming back as undeliverable?

You may have to ask for "electronic service" or "address service" to have them send you the forwarding address on file, if they have one (they might not). If your local postmaster doesn't cooperate, try another post office in a neighboring community.

I tried to get the address from that way. Doesn't work.  Post Office is not sending the forward address to me. Maybe the tenant don't want any mail be forwarded.

There are services which do "skip trace" to find where they may have gone.

Ask at your local post office about forwarding services. You may be able to learn where their mail is being forwarded.
