"utility specialists" for Landlords and Tenants
Hello there,
Have you guys heard of or USE utility specialists?
A local vendor came to sell at my broker's office. Service seems super helpful.
Basically they set up all your tenants utilities and comm/cable accts.
It all comes at no charge as they are paid BY THE comm companies.
To incentivize you, each acct open they send you and the tenant gift cards......
