Signing lease digitally

Dear BPers Has anyone had experience signing lease digitally? I had two prospects who live out of states saw the houses and like it. Since they are not here anymore after I checked and approved their background, I wonder whether I could sign the lease with them remotely, so the property can be taken off the market. What (which software) are the best way to sign digitally? How do you receive the deposit after the signing? Thank you! Lee

@Leon Lee, depending on your volume this is a great way to go. We use Docusign, but this may be more robust and/or more expensive than need be if you are only doing a couple leases a year.
