Has anyone used Cozy to collect tenant rents. I am wondering how you like it.

Are there any other ones people have used that they like?

I like it fine for the couple rentals I use it for.  More importantly, my tenants like it.  Young professionals do not like writing checks and mailing them or depositing them.  Some don't even have checks! Cozy is easy for them to use and it's free.

At the free level I have (not even sure if there are premium levels), I will receive an e-mail when they have submitted the rent to cozy, then it takes a few business days to clear, which I don't mind.

The set-up from the owners perspective is a little bit of a pain, especially if starting mid-lease.  I had to finagle the numbers so cozy wasn't also trying to account for deposits or prorated rent.  Maybe would work better at move-in.  Other than that - I've had it for a couple rent collections for a couple years with no complaints @Soleiman Bolour!
