Picking between multiple qualified tenants
When all of your criteria is met on multiple applications how do yo go about picking the right tenant? Or telling a qualified tenant you are going with someone else?

The only reason is to avoid any chance for discrimination. Unless one stands out above the rest, It can protect you from someone accusing you of favoritism
