Having issues with TransUnion StartMove reports/login

transunion smart move is testing my patience and i have none for these kinds of nonsense these days. they had server issues last week and could not generate reports, now it says our account doesn't exist. when i called support, it exists. resetting password apparently takes longer than a day. WHAT?? 😂😂

@Sara Jackson your support team is beyond incompetent. i have been telling them for the last 3 yrs that the obsolete reports should NOT be there, clogging the page, you know what she told me 10 mins ago?? "Well, they just stay there"

i said, "I know, but i do NOT want them there". she said, "I understand, but they stay there"... lol

with my 50 properties that we manage, time to find another supplier that listens.
