Looking for The Top Rent Payment Apps?

All I have been looking for rent payment services online and although there are many to chose from they don't seem to have everything I need.  Any suggestions on one's you all are using out there as a landlord.

These are my top requirements:

- payment via phone App AND website

- needs to accept debit cards, credit cards, and ACH 

- I need to receive some type of confirmation that a payment was made

- ability to automatically send reminders to tenant that rent is due

So far  I've looked at cozy, rentpayment.com, paylease.com, clickpay, to name a few. They are either to slow or have limited usage

Any help friends would be greatly appreciated.
