Create a lease online: is ezlandlordforms.com a good choice?
Hi folks,
I'm managing my investment property myself. Now I need to have a lease and other applicable documents ready for future tenants. Is ezlandlordforms.com a reliable site? If not, are there other websites that provide reliable resources in this regard?

I can only comment on ezlandlordforms.com, I used them for the last several years, and I had no problems with it. I used them here in NY, and supposedly the forms are state specific.
It is flexible enough for you to add your own clauses. Additionally they provide move in and move out checklist and sign forms. In addition, if you use all the addendum, it runs to some 50 pages total.
