CITYFEPS, I have some questions.
Hello BP family,
I have questions regarding the CITYFEPS housing program in New York City.
1. I'm aware the tenant has to be give a 1 year lease for the first year of residency but after that can they be put on a month to month rental agreement/lease?
2. Also am I correct in my view that CITYFEPS tenant's are NOT automatically entitled to lease renewals for up to 4 years , like the LINC housing program?
If any CITYFEPS experienced landlord knows these answers or where I can find the answers I would greatly appreciate it.
