Security Deposit Consent
There are five individuals on one lease for a house in college. 90 days after the end of the lease, two of the five roommates want to renew the lease.
Would the three other roommates (not renewing) have to give consent (in form of writing) for the Landlord to use the original security deposit for this "transfer lease"?
