Tenant moved out but not return the key

The lease is going to expire by the end of this month. Tenant already moved out, I sent email and message to contact the tenant to do the final walk through, no response. They still keep the keys.

I visited the house 2 weeks back when I shown the house to future tenant. Can I just do walk through by myself  and change the lock this weekend?

Do the walk through and take pictures to document things. Change the locks and charge the tenants.
