Two things • What type of insurance do you have to cover yourself for short term rentals (Airbnb style) in addition to your home owners policy and can you recommend a policy type and insurance agent? • How do you require and verify your guests to acquire insurance for their stay?

I just had my homeowners insurance add on short term rental insurance onto my policy. Airbnb has the million dollar coverage which I have heard a few success stories about. I haven't verified that the guests are insured which is something I should probably look into.
